Location: Dallas, TX (once in a month need to visit Texas)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 7 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization , and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development including configuration, customization, and deployment
- Implement complex business logic, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes
- Develop and optimize REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
- Handle data migration and data management using Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs
- Perform code reviews , ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and optimize performance
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into solutions
- Support CI/CD pipelines and version control using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Required Skills & Qualifications - 7 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth)
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD
- Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled, Future)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have - Experience with Experience Cloud / Communities
- Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and web standards (HTML, CSS)
Certifications (Preferred) - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (plus)
